Refund policy

At Luxstrd, we take pride in the quality and hygiene standards of our hair products. Due to the nature of raw and virgin hair, we maintain a strict return policy.

 

Eligibility for Return

 

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and unworn
  • Original tags and security seals must remain fully attached
  • Hair must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be returned from the same state in which it was delivered
  • Product must be free of odors, damage, cutting, coloring, washing, or installation

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Hair has been used, installed, washed, colored, cut, or altered in any way
  • Tags or seals have been removed or tampered with
  • Item shows signs of wear, damage, or odor
  • Return is initiated after 5 days
  • Item is returned from a different state than the original delivery location


Store Credit Details

  • Approved returns will receive store credit only
  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances
  • Store credit will be issued after inspection and approval
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Luxstrd is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

All custom orders, sale items, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
