Shipping Carriers & Methods

 

We ship orders using the following carriers and services:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (U.S. only)
  • USPS Priority Mail (U.S. only)
  • DHL Express (International orders)

Shipping method is selected at checkout based on destination and availability.

Processing Time

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days (U.S.)
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (U.S.)
  • DHL Express (International): 2–7 business days, depending on destination

Luxstrd is not responsible for carrier delays due to customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Worldwide Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide via DHL.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges imposed by their country.
  • Luxstrd does not control customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Luxstrd is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Returned packages due to address errors may require additional reshipping fees.

 

Tracking Information

 

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
  • Luxstrd is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using their tracking number.
  • We are happy to provide shipment details to assist with carrier claims when needed.

Alignment With Return Policy

  • Shipping issues do not override our Return & Store Credit Policy.
  • Hair products that are used, damaged, altered, or mishandled during transit are not eligible for return or store credit.
  • Only unused hair with original tags attached, returned within 5 days of delivery, and meeting all return conditions is eligible for store credit only.

 

Final Sale

All sales are final. Luxstrd does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
